Payment Terms

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2. We offer Net Terms for credit worthy customers after the first two orders, please contact us for an application.
3. All cancellations must be in writing.
4. You will be billed for any preparation charges such as artwork, plates, etc. incurred prior to cancellation.
5. All printed orders are subject to a 25% overrun/underrun which must be accepted.
6. Color variances on inks, papers and other products can differ from electronic screens, please contact us for samples, drawdowns, PMS numbers prior to ordering. Certain refund requests may be denied if based on color variances.
